Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $45,000–$58,000 + Commission + Benefits

The Role

You'll oversee the full event journey, from responding to new enquiries and planning the details to coordinating with the restaurant team and ensuring everything runs effortlessly on the day. Whether it's a corporate gathering, rehearsal dinner, networking event, or milestone celebration, you'll play a key role in creating experiences guests won't forget.

Working alongside restaurant leadership and culinary teams, you'll ensure every event is well-organized, profitable, and delivered with outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage private event enquiries and guide guests through the booking process.
• Create tailored event packages based on each guest's needs, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate with restaurant leadership to organize menus, beverage selections, staffing, room layouts, and event timelines.
• Prepare event agreements, proposals, and booking documentation.
• Oversee all event administration, including deposits, confirmations, guest communication, and final details.
• Be the go-to person on event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests receive exceptional service.
• Monitor event performance, maintain accurate records, and produce reports when needed.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new private dining and event opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in event sales, event coordination, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• A highly organized professional who can confidently manage multiple events at once.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and stays calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when events require.
