:

Javitch Block LLC is looking for fulltime Skip Trace and Garnishment Analysts who will work in a small call center type environment handling inbound and outbound calls to verify debtor employment. This is an onsite position in our Cleveland, OH office with regular business hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Determining the best method for recovery by skip tracing and locating debtors - determining employment, earnings, liabilities, assets, and ability to pay
• Reviewing delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectable and ensuring all efforts have been taken before elevating to next step
• Following up to ensure execution of garnishments
• Complying with all client specific requirements
• Performing with a high level of professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 plus years of experience as a collector, preferably consumer collections
• Understanding of garnishments, bank attachments, certified judgments, and liens
• Strong understanding of the legal process as it relates to collections
• Strong attention to detail, ability to comply with company and departments procedures
• Ability to work in cooperative and positive manner with co-workers
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
