Our Intern/Management Trainee Program provides post-graduates the opportunity to gain practical marketing knowledge and experience by contributing to various client account teams in a stimulating agency environment. Primary Job Responsibilities: Support account team(s) in all aspects of client program planning and execution Conduct market/target demographic research Conduct local market venue research Coordinate the production of creative program elements Coordinate with agency vendors & suppliers Facilitate weekly account team meetings including scheduling, note taking and agenda preparation Assist with program reporting and documentation to clients Contribute to shipping/inventory responsibilities as needed including warehouse inventory Assist in strategic planning brainstorms for current and potential clients Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications (preferred but not required) Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
