Responsibilities: Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals and protection needsEducate clients on life insurance and financial protection optionsPresent solutions clearly and professionally while helping clients make informed decisionsAssist clients with applications and guide them through the underwriting processProvide excellent customer service and ongoing support to policyholdersHelp clients and their families navigate the claims process when neededBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-upGenerate new business through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and prospectingSchedule and conduct appointments with prospective clientsMaintain accurate client records and ensure all required documentation remains up to dateParticipate in training and professional development opportunitiesObtain and maintain a Life Insurance License (or be willing to become licensed) Qualifications: DFW, TX-area candidates preferred In-person interviews for local candidates Active Life Insurance License preferred , but not required Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License if not currently licensed Willingness to follow the required training schedule and development process Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills Customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience is a plus Ability to explain concepts clearly and build trust with clients Self-motivated, coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other online business tools Willing and able to attend weekly training sessions Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States Remote opportunities are available nationwide for qualified candidates outside the DFW area Candidates are expected to maintain timely communication throughout the interview process. Applicants who do not respond after four contact attempts may be disqualified from consideration. Candidates are expected to respect scheduled interview times. Applicants who reschedule their interview more than twice may be disqualified from consideration. This is not a 9-5 job where you earn the same paycheck every week. This position is for someone ambitious who is ready to get paid what they are worth. Please don't apply if a guaranteed salary is needed. Compensation: $60,000+ at plan commission based on performance

$60,000 per year
