Now Hiring: Certified Maintenance Technician

Pooler, GA 31322 | $25/hr | Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Temporary | Start Date: ASAP

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Pooler, GA. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

• Complete apartment service requests independently

• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs

• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations

• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

• Maintain curb appeal and support overall property upkeep

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

• EPA Certification REQUIRED (Universal preferred)

• Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience REQUIRED

• Ability to work independently and manage daily work orders

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
